Program and League Registration Settings Summary Instead of editing each individual program or league, an administrator can go to the Program and League Registration Settings Summary to modify all program and league registrations date and activations at one time. Manage Roster Status Tool This tool is for North Texas Customers to generate export files. This tool simplifies changing or locating a Player or Coach roster status. It compares a player/coach's roster status in two seasons and allow an administrator to update multiple roster records at one time. Label Generator This tool creates standard labels for selected programs, leagues and teams. If you select Individual in Label Type, it will create a label for each participants in selected programs, leagues and teams. If you select Family in Label Type, it will create a label for each family in selected programs, leagues and teams. Special Label type is the customized labels for certain customers. Labels are printed on Avery 5160 standard Mailing Labels sheet. Email Generator Email Generator is a tool to send email blast to selected programs, leagues and teams. You can choose to send emails to Players only, Coaches only or Players and Coaches. Multiple attachments can be send with email, however each attachment size can not exceed 1M bytes. Email will be send from "FromSPServer@sportspilot.com" and Sender can put his email in Reply-To field. Please check the Set the From field email address same as Reply-To email address box if you want the from field as sender email address instead of "FromSPServer@sportspilot.com". However, this might increase the chance for the emails to be treated as spam. 
Invitation Emailer
This tool generates invitation emails to invite Player, Coach or Family to register to selected program. There are a few invitation templates to select from to suit different needs. Username, password and login link are included in invitation emails. Here is an example of generated invitation emails. Reports can be saved so other users can view the generated reports. Besides in Customized Report Generator section, these reports can be accessed in Board of Director Functions too. |
